Free 2-Day Shipping is included on US domestic orders via UPS, USPS or FedEx carrier. PO Box, APO/FPO US orders ship free standard shipping. Expedited and Saturday delivery options are available. See billing page for estimated delivery dates and prices of all shipping options. We ship internationally commonly including Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and UK.

Because we hand select and hand-craft every order, shipping times vary by product. An estimated ship date will show on your product detail page. This is different from the estimated delivery date that will show on the billing checkout page and confirmation email. Note, this is an estimate and may arrive before or after the date. Follow the tracking # in the ship confirmation email to track live updates or by visiting Tracking My Order once tracking is available.

Orders received before 5 PM EST on business days will process the same day. Orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day. Note, our standard Create Your Own Studs orders process within 1 business day. See below for the processing time needed for our other popular product types.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are something we specialize in. It’s common that an international order may include duties and taxes. Prior to your orders arrival the country of destination may assess variable customs fees, import duties, applicable taxes or other charges may apply. These fees vary based on country and are not included in your purchase. Please review your countries policies on charges as these are at the responsibility of the receiver. Failure to pay applicable fees can result in an undeliverable package which assumes additional return shipping fees that are non-refundable. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
