Refund policy

We hope you love your Shaneli piece. Eligible items* may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, and/or  special-order pieces are final sale.

All returns require prior authorization from Shaneli. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
